Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg continued to wheel and deal shares in the company, according to Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Monday.
Ebersman transferred 200,000 class-A shares of Facebook common stock from the Ebersman Family Trust UA to his personal account, leaving the trust with 1,718,924 class-A Facebook shares.
He then sold 200,000 shares at $40 apiece, leaving him with 78,468.
Sandberg sold 169,756 shares of class-A common stock at $38.5245,
