Facebook Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch sold off some more shares in the company, he reported in a Form 4 filing late Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Stretch sold 871 class-A common shares of Facebook at $36.98 apiece, and another 2,397 shares at $38.36. He now holds 117,262 shares in the company.
