Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer and Chief Product Officer Chris Cox detailed their sales of shares in the company in Form 4 filings Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Schroepfer converted 20,000 class-B Facebook shares to class-A common stock, and then sold 20,000 class-A shares at $72.42 apiece. He now holds 228,997 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
And Cox exercised 11,371 restricted stock units that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019. He then sold 4,050 class-A shares at $72.1685
