Ullyot sold 34,180 Facebook class-A shares at $24.509 apiece, and he still holds 456,042 shares.
And the Ullyot 2012 Irrevocable Trust sold 9,800 shares at $24.48 each, and it still holds 176,400.
Athwal sold 125 shares at $24.48 apiece, and he still holds 174,652 shares.
