Facebook Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer revealed in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday that he sold 36,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
Fischer sold two blocks of 18,000 shares apiece, at $65.32 and $65.83, respectively. He now holds 399,199 shares in the company.
