Facebook Chief Product Officer Chris Cox and Director Susan Desmond-Hellmann revealed their respective sales of shares in the company in Form 4 filings Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cox sold 31,900 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $58.7331 per share, and another 13,975 at $59.6036 apiece. He now holds 574,851 shares in the company.
And Desmond-Hellmann disposed of 2,916 shares at $59.48 each, leaving her with a total of 10,659 Facebook class-A common shares.
