Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer announced in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday that he sold off 25,000 shares of class-A common stock in the company.
Schroepfer sold the shares at $55.87 apiece, and he now holds 200,892 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
