Andreessen Horowitz Fund II sold 459,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $60.7573 apiece, and another 815,869 at $61.5036 each, leaving it with no holdings in Facebook.

Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg also revealed in a Form 4 filing that the Mark Zuckerberg Trust Dated July 7, 2006, received 24 class-A shares from KPBC Digital Growth Fund, leaving it with a total of 241.
