Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer did not let the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call Wednesday get in the way of their stock-trading activities.
Sandberg revealed in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday that she sold off 254,934 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $54.694 per share, as well as another 28,400 shares at $55.1253 each, leaving her with 10,345,087 shares in the company.
And Schroepfer sold 25,000 shares at $54.69
