Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off 23,400 class-A shares of common stock in the company, according to a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ebersman disposed of two blocks of 11,700 shares apiece, at $58.80 and $56.37 per share, respectively. He now holds 309,745 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
