Relevant Games has announced the upcoming launch of Evil Genius: Scrap Squad on iOS and Android. Developed by Hazard Studios, the game will see players taking on the role of a mad scientist with the goal of world domination. Before taking over the world, however, players will need to help the scientist earn funds by utilizing a never-ending supply of the world’s garbage.
Evil Genius: Scrap Squad asks players to match colorful falling objects with trash cans of the same color. As they collect items, their crew of helpful robots will haul the junk away, selling it for cash to fund the scientist’s evil intentions.
The longer the game lasts, the faster the trash falls onto the screen, challenging players’ reflexes and also encouraging users to upgrade their robots to become faster, more efficient helpers. Customization options are also available for the scientist’s lab.
“Our top three goals going into this project were, first and foremost, entertaining players, delivering on a fantastic theme and creating a fun experience,” said Randy Greenback, Sr. Creative Designer for Evil Genius: Scrap Squad.
“Seeing the quality and love that Hazard Studios is putting into the game, I can’t help but be extremely excited,” added Joshua J Mills, Studio Director at Relevant Games.
Evil Genius: Scrap Squad is coming soon to iOS and Android, and will be a free download. Check back soon for more and to follow the game on AppData, our tracking service for mobile and social apps and developers.
