Release the Ninja: Swipe your way through this platformer on iOS

Mahjongg Dimensions developer Arkadium has announced the release of its newest game on iOS and Android, Release the Ninja. The action platformer contains dozens of levels, each asking players to collect gems and defeat enemies using basic swipe controls.

Instead of virtual joysticks, Release the Ninja’s side-scrolling gameplay can be controlled by simply swiping in the direction the ninja needs to move. Players will know where to go based on gems scattered throughout the stage, and the ninja will move automatically after a swipe has been made, until he runs into an obstacle.

Players jump or drop between platforms using up or down swipes, respectively, and they can collect power-ups, like chainsaws and swords, which also appear randomly in their path.
