Sudanese-Australian rap artist Bangs has shocked fans far and wide with the announcement that he has scored a record deal. Bangs just signed a deal for his YouTube hit single “Take You To The Movies” with HSM Distribution, proving once again that YouTube can make anything possible!
“Take You To The Movies” has had over 2.3 million views since it was posted to YouTube last June. Many viewers dubbed it as one of the worst rap videos of all time, and people have stared in awe as Bangs dedicates his song “to all the ladies out there who like to go to the movies” and raps in front of cityscapes, slick sports cars and…a map of Sudan?
Despite the fact that most people find this video to be nothing more than a joke, Bangs’ record deal is for real.
