Quick on Facebook: "I Think They're Horrible Invaders of Privacy"

After signing off “Squawk Box” on CNBC, co-anchor Becky Quick joined us the mediabistro.com Morning Media Menu podcast today.

She talked about Facebook’s privacy issues — and revealed she’s one of those who recently canceled her account. The reason? “Because I think they’re horrible invaders of privacy,” she said.

Before CNBC, Quick worked at the Wall Street Journal, and thinks their online pay model is one other newspapers should adopt.
