Motorola exec boasts of 2 GHz processor coming to Android

I assume the 2GHz chip is a single core processor. But, still, wouldn’t it be funny (in a good way) if the single core 2GHz chip became associated with “low-end” smartphones?

Both processors appear to scheduled around the time Android OS 3.0
