Augmented Reality (AR) has been a hot button topic for the past year or so. A simple way to think about the concept it that AR combines a real world camera view with an overlay of computer generated information. It is sort of a heads-up-display for the real world. Chipmaker Qualcomm announced an AR SDK (software development kit) for Snapdragon based Android phones (Qualcomm produces Snapdragon processors)
