Powell’s Books Gets a New App
The indie bookseller Powell’s Books has just announced a new iPhone app that will help you navigate its bookstores and find titles you want.
This app was developed in partnership with mobile app developer Spotlight Mobile, and it’s based on Meridian, a platform for mobile device users to access information and turn-by-turn directions for multiple locations.
You can use this app to do everything from search Powell’s website, check to see which store has the title in stock, and it will even tell you where the bathroom is.
