Pocket Celebrates YouTube Popularity With #Watchitlater Hashtag
Pocket app, the app that lets users save web content for viewing later when they are offline, is seeing a lot more users accessing video content on its site lately. This week, the company announced that YouTube is the most saved domain among app users. Interestingly, users are saving content that is five minutes or longer for later viewing.
In April, Read It Later, the company that makes the app rebranded the app from “Read It Later,” to “Pocket,” as part of its expansion to include content beyond just reading.
