Plants vs. Zombies 2 Receives 1980s Content Update
The Neon Mixtape Tour: Side A update introduces nine new zombies, four new plants and 16 1980s-themed levels to players.
EA Mobile has released the latest major content update for its popular mobile tower defense game, Plants vs. Zombies 2. Entitled ‘Neon Mixtape Tour: Side A,’ the 1980s-themed update introduces new plants, zombies and levels to the game, which were shown off in a recent developer diary.
With this update, players can complete 16 new 1980s-themed levels, including a Gargantuar Battle. These stages have a music-based mechanic, which triggers certain zombies’ special abilities when their particular song is playing.
