“Gabon cannot serve as a platform or screen for committing acts aimed at violating copyrights,” Communication Minister Blaise Louembe said.

Dotcom, a legally assumed name, had announced that he would launch a file-sharing site to replace Megaupload, which the federal government shuttered in January for copyright infringement. Dotcom has already posted a teaser
