Over 370,000 Tweets Sent To Determine Winner Of NBA Dunk Contest
Twitter users held the fate of four NBA superstars in the palms of their tweeting hands on Saturday, as they competed in the Sprite Slam Dunk contest. And one of the four came away the victor – after dunking over a mailman, a motorcycle and other quirky items – after Twitter fans voted him the favorite.
The Twitter blog has recapped the Slam Dunk contest on Saturday, which was won and lost on Twitter.
There were no official judges during this year’s Slam Dunk contest.
