OpenTable Adds Lets Facebook Friends Share 'Places I've Eaten'

In a move to make its Facebook app more viral, the online restaurant reservations tool OpenTable has introduced a new Facebook app called Places I’ve Eaten.

The tool is designed to let Facebook users share their favorite restaurants and their dining history with their social network. Foodies can use the app to make recommendations and rate establishments. The idea is that friends will browse each other’s profiles to scope out places to eat. Users can use the app to pick a friend-recommended restaurant and then book a reservation through OpenTable.
