Digital marketing software outfit Offerpop, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer, announced the closing of a $15 million series-C funding round, bringing its total funding to $25 million.

New investor Edison Ventures led the funding round, and it was joined by new investors Hearst Ventures and Salesforce.com, as well as existing investors Windcrest Partners, CommonAngels, and Mesco.

Offerpop said the cash will go toward accelerating innovation of its platform, as well as fueling expansion of its current operations in the U.S.
