How do you take your news in the morning?

If you’re like four in 10 Americans it’s via social media, reveals a new study. However, about that same amount of people don’t trust news from platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, and most still prefer to receive their information directly from news organisations.

This data comes courtesy of the American Press Institute, who polled 1,492 adults age 18 and older across the U.S., and discovered that 44 percent had received news from a social media site over the past week.
