Hiring in the mobile apps sector was down this week with 15 new hires spread between 11 companies. Based on information from LinkedIn and other sources, GREE reported the most activity with four new hires. This week's highest profile hires belonged to AppNexus and Sencha, which both saw new vice presidents join their ranks. GREE Megan Wagoner, Associate Game Designer -- Wagoner was previously monetization analyst at Kabam. Wit Kurowski, Android Developer -- Kurowski worked as an android app developer at Keek Inc. Kartik Saranathan, Software Engineer -- Saranathan was a senior software engineer at Backbone Entertainment. Fumie Nakamura, Executive Assistant -- Nakamura was hired full time from a contract position. InMobi Jayant Bhat, Software Development Engineer -- Bhat was formerly an intern for Boltell. Millennial Media Mitchell Hudson, Senior Systems Engineer -- Hudson was a linux systems administrator II at Rackspace Hosting. Pocket Gems Michael Chung, Mobile Engineer -- Chung was the president and CEO at SudoScape, LLC. Sencha Craig Gering, VP Engineering -- This week's other high profile hire, Gering has previously worked as a consultant at FICO and was vice president of product development at Oracle Corporation. Storm8 Lei Yu, Software Engineer -- Yu previously worked as software engineer intern at DHC tech. Corp. Tapjoy Vincent Losanes, UX/UI Design -- Losanes was formerly a vice president at SCAD SDN. TinyCo Cecilia Ramirez, QA Tester -- Ramirez comes to TinyCo from BVision, where she was a QA tester. Landon Podbielski, C++ Engineer -- Podbielski was previously a programmer at Kerberos Production.
