Netflix Dupes Paying Customers Into Watching Disney And Pixar Knock-Offs

Looking for a good movie to stream on Netflix tonight? I know, good movies on Netflix streaming are few and far between and it looks like the selection may be even more ridiculous than all of us Netflix subscribers thought! While Netflix doesn’t have any Disney or Pixar movies, it looks like they have a whole slew of knock-offs, from ‘Chop Kick Panda’ to ‘Kiara The Brave’ and the ‘Little Cars’ series.

Forbes contributor Erik Kain uncovered this strange phenomenon explaining that, “With the rise of internet streaming video, knock-off films like ‘Kiara the Brave’ are making a comeback.”

Netflix’s contract with Disney and Pixar has ended and knock-off studios are taking full advantage with “Mockbusters” designed to trick viewers into thinking they’re the real deal.
