Who couldn’t use $500 these days? Argentine/Spanish entrepreneur Martin Varsavsky, founder of free Wi-Fi hotspot finder FON, is offering a reward — for Seesmic plug-ins.

Martin Varsavsky offers $500 for whomever creates those two simple Seesmic Plugins:
1. Filter any tweet coming in his timelines that start with @username (Martin does not want to see any reply)
2. Filter any tweet from anyone he is following that has not been retweeted X times (Martin wants to use the “does it spread” filter) and that X times can be set in the plug-in settings.
