NBC Tweaks 'Fan It' Program, Adds Rewards

In May, NBC introduced its fan loyalty/social network marketing campaign, “Fan It.” The premise behind the campaign is that if you talk about NBC programs on Facebook or Twitter, comment on NBC.com articles, or watch certain videos, you can gain “points” that can be redeemed for prizes.

At the time NBC said the rewards would be things like virtual goods, and sneak peeks at new shows. Now the company is tweaking the program, adding rewards that are much more tangible.
