Audio tech company Muzic has announced that it has created an on-ear “socially connected smart headphone,” which will be available for purchase starting in the fourth quarter of this year. According to the Miami, Fla.-based company, the headphones let users share the tracks they are listening to on Facebook and Twitter.

The headphone is one in a series of “Social Smartware” products being developed by Jason Hardi, founder of Muzic. According to a news release from the company, smartware refers to “the seamless connection of consumer electronic devices, content and social media platforms to make music instantly discoverable and shareable in an effortless way.”
