One-Shot Music Video Parodies Internet Memes, Shoots For A Billion Views

NY-based sketch comedians DeadPandaComedy have created a viral YouTube masterpiece – a parody of Travie McCoy’s viral hit ‘Billionaire’, with lyrics about viral videos stars and memes, shot in the viral one-shot, lip dub style.

‘A Billion Views’ was uploaded on November 2 and so far it’s just short of 60,000 views. It is clear that these guys put a lot of work into it. In the clip, the guys walk through a house singing and rapping parody lyrics to the tune of ‘Billionaire’, while popular viral stars and memes make appearances in the background. From the Numa Numa guy to the girl that fell off the table, two girls one cup, double rainbows, pants on the ground, Fred, Shane Dawson, Tay Zonday and a “you are so dumb” shout-out from Antoine Dodson, these guys leave no YouTube stone unturned.

The only question that remains to be answered is will DeadPandaComedy reach their goal of ‘A Billion Views’? Considering that no single video has ever gotten a billion views, the odds are slim to none. But that doesn’t mean this isn’t a fantastic parody. Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments! The lyrics are listed in the description on the video page.
