MSNBC Sued Over Pictures of Pregnant Penelope Cruz
Celebrity photo agency Mavrix Photo filed a lawsuit against MSNBC Friday, alleging that copyrighted photographs of actress Penelope Cruz on the beach while pregnant were published without authorization, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The link referenced in the lawsuit is to an item titled Rep Confirms Penelope Cruz Is Pregnant, according to THR, but the only photo included with the item is from the set of upcoming feature film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which Cruz will appear in.
