Facebook acquired Protogeo Oy, creator of fitness tracking application Moves, in April 2014, and Moves has pretty much remained in the background, until now.
Several users of Facebook’s flagship iOS app are seeing the icon for the Moves app in their “more” menus, even though those users had not downloaded Moves.
Facebook had not responded to a request for comment at the time of this post.
