MomentFeed Offers Easy Access To Ratings, Reviews From Multiple Facebook Pages

MomentFeedLocalVoice650With ratings and reviews on Facebook pages becoming a more prominent part of marketing strategies, MomentFeed, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer, added a feature to its digital marketing platform that allows brands to monitor ratings and reviews on the pages of multiple locations via a single interface.

MomentFeed — which counts 7-Eleven, JC Penney, and The Home Depot among its clients — said brands can analyze local audiences and engage with users in authentic, locally relevant ways, measuring performance down to the point of sale.

Users of the MomentFeed platform can sort all customer feedback based on their scores in Facebook’s five-star ratings system and respond to those reviews, and the platform also incorporates posts on the social network, Instagram photos, Foursquare tips, and tweets.

MomentFeed CEO Robert Blatt said in a release announcing the new feature:

Brands have been telling us they need greater visibility into what their customers are saying about in-store experiences. Networks like Facebook provide excellent customer feedback mechanisms, but brands have had to go to each local Facebook page to see those ratings and reviews, which simply does not scale. With this new functionality, we make it easier than ever for our brand partners to turn offline consumer experiences into valuable online interactions.
