Inside Facebook reported that the ads contain headlines, body copy, and images, and can be seen by any users, regardless of whether they or their friends have liked the advertisers’ pages.

According to Inside Facebook, the social network is working on expanding its test of these non-social page like ads to its mobile apps within the next few months.
