Military Strike Announced On Twitter

Shit just got real on Twitter, with Israel announcing a military strike on the Gaza Strip and that it has “embarked on an operation against Hamas, an Iranian proxy responsible for terror attacks in Israel.”

And Israel’s official Twitter account is sending out tweets as bombings and rocket interceptions happen.

According to The Hill, “the official IDF Twitter account blasted out the news before a press conference was held, ensuring that Israeli leadership controlled how people heard the news.”

It also sent (via tweet) the following video of the strike. “The black and white video offers a first person, birds-eye view of an exploding car that reportedly contained Jabari.”

Are you keeping up on this? And what could be coming next? Scary world.
