Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer unloaded another 90,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock, according to a Form 4 filing late Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer unloaded another 90,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock, according to a Form 4 filing late Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Schroepfer sold the shares at $38.1636 apiece, netting him more than $3.43 million. He still holds 673,004 shares in the social network.
