Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal sold more stock in the company, the two executives revealed in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.
Schroepfer sold 30,000 shares of class-A common stock at $24.2055 apiece and 7,500 shares at $23.78, and he now holds 1,159,943 shares.
And Athwal unloaded 125 shares at $23.35 each, leaving him with 175,027.
