According to The Drum, Mendelsohn will assume her Diageo post in September, joining the company’s audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
Diageo brands include Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, J&B, Windsor, Buchanan’s and Bushmills.
Diageo Chairman Franz Humer said in a statement, as reported by The Drum:
I am delighted that Nicola is joining Diageo’s board.
