Maurice Sendak Reads Wild Things On BN.com

Maurice Sendak, author of Where the Wild Things Are, is reading his classic children’s book as part of Barnes & Noble.com Online Storytime program.

You can hear Sendak’s rendition on B&N’s website throughout the month of October. As part of the promotion, Where the Wild Things Are books and select monster-themed toys will be on sale on BN.com for up to 45% off throughout the month.

Last year filmmaker Spike Jones created his version of the classic tale and is worth checking out after you reread the book.
