The latest solution to help brands monitor Facebook and other social activity comes from customer-intelligence-solutions provider Market Force Information: SocialForce, which helps brands monitor content across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, Google Plus, WordPress, Flickr, Wikipedia, blogs, message boards, and other social networks.
SocialForce allows users to monitor social conversation volume, analyze sentiment, and identify trends for brands and competitors, and to formulate plans of action based on that information, with all analytics presented in a visual dashboard. The company also developed a proprietary sentiment-scoring algorithm that allows brands to measure themselves against their competitors.
Market Force said SocialForce is available as a stand-alone data source or incorporated into its KnowledgeForce customer-intelligence platform.
