AP reported, via “semiofficial” news agency ISNA, that Ruhollah Momen Nasab, an official with the paramilitary Basij force, said Zuckerberg was ordered to appear in court by a judge in southern Iran over claims that Facebook-owned applications Instagram and WhatsApp are violating the privacy of the country’s citizens, adding that the judge also ordered the blocking of the two apps.
