Lil Bub is sticking out her li’l tongue at animal homelessness.

PETA’s latest ad shows the feline internet sensation advising humans to “adopt, not buy, & spay or neuter” their cats.

Described as a “perma-kitten,” Bub is smaller than most cats — the runt of the litter — with extra toes and no teeth. Bub’s owner, Mike Bridavsky, adopted and spayed the cat after rescuing her from a foster home.

She rose to internet stardom in 2011 when her pictures went viral on the link-sharing site reddit.
