Lightt: 'The Instagram Killer'?

Lightt is the photo-sharing app that will kill Instagram, according to the influential tech evangelist Robert Scoble, who currently works for Rackspace. Lightt takes a series of photos and uploads them to Lightt's servers, where they can be mixed with photos taken by people you follow. The result is a movie that's a little jumpy to watch but very social in nature.

Lightt takes a series of photos and uploads them to Lightt’s servers, where they can be mixed with photos taken by people you follow. The result is a movie that’s a little jumpy to watch but very social in nature.

Eventually, Lightt’s founders told Scoble in an interview, they will support queries to their database of images, so that a user could search, for example, for all the videos of their child’s birthdays and get a time-lapse video.
