Facebook began importing some of the changes it made to its mobile photo layout last month onto its Web news feed, increasing the size of photos and displaying more of them from the same album or event.

TechCrunch reported that photos in the news feed will now appear up to double their previous size, with more photos from an album or event included, and the text appearing larger and wider-spaced.

Last month, the social network tweaked its mobile news feed so that photos now fill the screen from edge to edge, appearing up to three times larger, and multiple photos from an album or event are displayed.

The change began rolling out to users Monday, and it will occur gradually, over several days, according to TechCrunch.
