German artist Susanna Kraus is hoping to raise more than $142,000 for a walk-in photo booth that will print life-size, black-and-white self-portraits in about 10 minutes.

If you like taking selfies, this is for you.

Much like a Polaroid camera or an old-fashioned photo booth, the machine makes one-of-a-kind pictures that can’t be posted to Facebook.

Kraus will use the crowdfunding site Kickstarter to fund a mobile version of the machine that her father, inventor and physicist Werner Kraus, had co-created in 1970. The
