FuzeBox Software has announced a hefty update to its Fuze meeting app on iPhone. The updates bring new features and a new look and feel to the app, which allows users to conduct meetings with their coworkers, even when they’re not in the office.
The app has been updated with a new look (optimized for iPhone 5), and now allows users to start new meetings, as well as join existing Fuze meetings. Users can add images and videos to the meeting using their iPhone’s camera, or add text messages to the meeting room in cases when talking might not be ideal (say, in a crowded, noisy location).
Free Fuze accounts can join and start meetings with up to 25 participants and unlimited VOIP calling which promises extremely high quality. “The quality is so high you can use it while driving to work, riding public transport or jogging and you will hear everyone as if they were right there with you,” says FuzeBox.
These free accounts also have access to 1GB of free cloud storage for storing meetings for later viewing. Meanwhile, Fuze Pro accounts start at $8 a month, and receive meeting support for up to 125 participants and support for 12 HD video feeds in each meeting. Fuze Enterprise accounts are also available for large businesses.
