Jeff Karp stepping down from Zynga

According to a new SEC document, Zynga’s Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer Jeff Karp is stepping down from his position with the company.

Starting today, Karp is no longer an officer at Zynga, but will continue to be employed there (drawing salary and benefits) until September 22.
