iPhone 5 Coming In Third Quarter As iPad Sales Lead Tablets
While Apple has not yet confirmed rumors of the iPhone 5, today analyst firm FBR Capital Markets said that Apple is slowing down production on the iPhone 5 in Q2 and will begin manufacturing the iPhone 5 in the third quarter. The company cited industry insiders as the source for this information.
PC World has more: “About 20 million iPhones will be produced in the third quarter, FBR said, with the iPhone 5 accounting for about 8 million of those; the rest will be iPhone 4 models.
