Gartner, an IT research and advisory company, released its predictions for the growth of the tablet market over the next 4 years. To no one’s surprise, iOS will continue to dominate the market, and 83% of the tablets sold in 2011 will run Apple’s iOS. But the iOS market share will shrink in the coming years. iOS is porjected to have only a 47% share in 2015. And it might not last much longer than that; Android is project to grow very fast and hit 38% of the tablet market by 2015.
