InMobi acquires Metaflow Solutions
Mobile advertising network InMobi announced today it has acquired mobile content management and distribution company Metaflow Solutions.
Metaflow provides submission, management and distribution tools that help developers publish their apps across different mobile devices and app stores. The Metaflow team will become a part of InMobi’s developer oriented efforts led by InMobi’s VP and GM of Developer Performance Advertising, Piyush Shah and will relocate to the new InMobi London office.
In a statement accompanying today’s announcement InMobi Founder and CEO Naveen Tewari said Metaflow Solutions will help InMobi expand the distribution and monetization of content for its developers and publishing partners, much like InMobi’s recent acquisition of MMTG
